Shipping policy

At GreenCow, we’re committed to delivering your plant-milk maker and accessories safely and on time. Below you’ll find all the details on how we process and ship orders.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Times

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier service.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs delays, weather, or carrier volume.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link.
If your tracking number hasn’t updated within 48 hours, don’t worry—carriers may need additional time to scan and process packages.


Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trygreencow.com. We can update the address before your order is shipped, but once it’s on the way, changes may not be possible.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with the shipping carrier to make it right.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select regions. Availability and fees will be shown at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
